Following a roller coaster ride with a greedy lawyer that puts you in the backburner and an unpleasant/manipulative opposing party. We were referred to and hired Attorney Joanna Foard, which was an outstanding decision considering our court hearing was successful. Ms. Foard was very caring throughout the whole case and helped us in every way possible including preparing us for the court hearing. Joanna is truly a professional in every sense of the word. She was cordial from our first meeting and really wanted to hear what I had to say and how to come to resolution. We went through numerous phone calls and emails where she always kept me informed of the situation and what the possible outco...mes could be. This was my first experience hiring an attorney and I'm glad I was led to her. She never spoke ill of the other party and always tried to be optimistic, knowing I was hurting inside. I was really impressed with how quickly she turned around documents. I always felt my case was her priority and I never heard about how slammed she was or that she couldn't get to me.
