I needed a lawyer to help me navigate the negotiation of a Marital Settlement Agreement. My wife had a divorce attorney who was guiding her through the separation and MSA. I've never had to contact or work with a lawyer before. I was facing a situation that was frankly scary and I wasn't sure what t...o expect. I wasn't very optimistic about getting a divorce attorney, thinking I'll just get billed an insane amount of money for very little value.
