I was pulled over for driving while using a handheld device… I was going to pay the $100 fine off and not go to court but my lawyer insisted I would leave with points on my license. Knowing I have a perfect driving record, that’s the last thing I wanted all over a cell phone! Alex represented me in c...ourt and I was the very few that had the ticket reduced, no points on my license and a very small court fine!

Appeal, Fairfax county court

Alex worked tirelessly with (against) the prosecutor and through very CREATIVE negotiations worked out a settlement to get my case overturned. All I had to do is say before the judge that I agreed with all. ALL CHARGES DROPPED.

AVF beat my charge

AVF made slight work of my case and had it dismissed. Due to the covid pandemic the case got pushed back multiple times and ultimately we won.
