Alex was a great lawyer. He was able to tell me what his thoughts on my case and what they potentially could charge me with and on what they did not have enough evidence to charge me with. They gave me 3 different options in court and he explained each to me. My decision was based on what he had advi...sed me on knowing that they didn’t have enough evidence to charge me made me want to go to trial and he was ready for it. Luckily the judge did not want to take it that far and agreed on dismissing that charge and settling with what we had to offer. I had a good outcome on my case. After my case he still answered any questions I had and told me to reach out to expunge my record. I will be recommended him to friends and family if we are ever in a situation like this again.

I had a good driving record (no tickets in the last 10-15 years) but I made a mistake and was caught (passing on the shoulder on I-395). Alex was recommended by another lawyer that my sister had referred me to (the other lawyer did not practice in Arlington County). He made no big claims but put... me at ease that possibilities were good. He had me take a defensive driving course, had me look up and send my driving record and that was it. One of my worries was a vacation I was planning to go on, with my assigned court date being in the middle of it.
