I had a good driving record (no tickets in the last 10-15 years) but I made a mistake and was caught (passing on the shoulder on I-395). Alex was recommended by another lawyer that my sister had referred me to (the other lawyer did not practice in Arlington County). He made no big claims but put... me at ease that possibilities were good. He had me take a defensive driving course, had me look up and send my driving record and that was it. One of my worries was a vacation I was planning to go on, with my assigned court date being in the middle of it. But Alex had me sign a power of attorney and in fact said sometimes its even better for only him to show up at court.
