After a exhausting search in new york with many hangups & more than a dozen no call backs . i did a search for burn victum lawyer. on google & the results was huge . So as i scrolled thru the hundred names , i came apon Mr. Paul Samakow in Virginia.I called him & i was amazed he actculy answred the p...hone. My Wife and I were Charge $1500.00 for an intake interview that took 10 minutes. During our interview in the conference room, Mr. Samakow took a 5 minute call to answer an upset client. (how unprofessional) Furthermore, his Staff were not returning our calls nor relaying messages to Paul Samakow.... The horrible service my Wife and I received from this Law Office barely 3 weeks into our case, was enough to fire Paul Samakow. Two months later, our new Attorney notified us that he received a lien letter on our automobile accident case from Paul Samakow. Be forewarned. One Pissed-Off Disabled Veteran

A few years back my grandmother was hit by a car we immediately contacted this guy and he sent my grandmother to physical therapy and to some other specialists come to find out once she finished her weeks with. Recovering he couldnt do anything for her so now my grandmother is stuck with THOUSANDS of... dollars worth of bills and a lost case...But what mainly pissed me off about this guy is that every time we tried to schedule an appointment he would have an attitude with my grandmother because she couldn't and still cant speak English well and finaly when i was the one in cintact with him he always got an attitude with me as if he was working for free. Bottom line is hes rude and i dint recommend him.
