We lost our dear mom a year ago and she did not have a will, she left a policy that was taking from us and kept by one person. Her eleven children only had one more thing left, that was our house that had a clear title and it was paid for in upper NW Washington, DC and we all agreed we wanted to sale the property. You dont loose a mother more than once in life and therefor our grief was great. Because of greed, we had to take our house out from probate and was rip off by a lawyer who referred us to a shady realtor, we knew from the begining she was greedy becaause she demand 7% for her service and kept talking about she knew investors what wanted the property and was rude to the family. We know our house was not properly advertise on the market. She would put in on and take it off, I watch everything. We let one person be the Power of Attorney and because we were grieving so much we let some thing go without reading the fine print, but we knew the price wanted for my mother house because at the end of the day it was eleven siblings to divide the difference between. Well, to make a long story short the realtor said we were going to settlement with a price less than we agreed and the ratify contract had a differnt amount than we agreed, my brother signature was forged and the realtor kept the earnest money deposit ($1,000.00) from the first buyer who pulled out. Well, we didnt have much money, but i start looking on the internet for a lawyer who could help us, I went to craiglist and was skeptical but WAS NOT disappointed. I found United Law Group and was deperate for help. I called and was referred to Mr. Faisal Moghul who listen to our pain and went to work, man I didnt even pay yet, but he just listen and feeling our pain and weent to work for US. While we were all still grieving our loss, this made me go back to my siblings to find the money for this service, Mr. Faisal went straight to work, sending me some RESULTS on this realtor within 3 business days. Mr. Faisal sent me a email saying he been digging up some dirt on this realtor. He found that this woman was not in complaince in Maryland and didnt stop there, he found that her principle business had foreclosure since 2005 and she had not paid her taxes since 2006. She was sending threatening letter to my brother and demanding $24,500.00 for her service. WHAT MR. FAISAL MOGHUL FOUND ALONE MADE THIS REALTOR WORK NON AND VOID. After Mr. Faisal office served her a demand letter to get her stick out of our ground and take her lock box because of her frauding practice and taking advantage of this grieving family on Monday, June 22, 2015. The next day Tuesday, June 23, 2015 my brother call me to say the FOR SALE SIGN & LOCK BOX was gone. The lawyer is going to file a complaint in DC and demand our $1,000.00 back, one less crook out of practice. Our family is so grateful & blessed today that we met Mr. Faisal Moghul, he didnt make having the money up front an issue but OUR NEED FIRST, oh we made our second payment in full today, it was not expendsive at all and we definitely would come back again and recommend you try this law firm, dont try to fight the law yourself when you have experience lawyer who can fight for you and your love ones. Much success Mr. Faisal and we will forever be so grateful for your knowledgeable and swift service. Thank you for standing up for the little guys in this greedy realtor state business. Warm regards, Loretta - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

I had a large judgment levied against me on a Friday, two days before going out of town for a week. The next day (Saturday), I contacted 20 attorneys through Avvo. Within two hours I got an email from Mr. Moghul indicating his willingness to help me. I called him as he instructed, and was able to talk with him the same day. The fact that I was leaving to go out of town did not bother him, I emailed him the important legal documents, and we talked on Sunday after he had a chance to look over my documents. He felt we had a good chance of winning in an appeal. He worked tirelessly with me by phone, text, and email to help me get the appeal bond in the exact format required by the court. Nine days after our initial contact, we finally met in person, who asked me to use his nickname "Fez". I only heard from other attorneys throughout the week, two or more days after first hearing from Mr. Moghul. Faisal is a very positive, responsive, available, energetic individual who is tireless in his efforts to keep this complicated case moving forward. His rates are very reasonable, and flexible for someone who is out of work or on a limited income. I feel very confident in Mr. Moghul, and I don't believe I could have found a better lawyer at two- or three-times the rate I am paying him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the services he can provide.
