Rude and Aggressive

Nancy Alsfelder certainly adversely affected our reputation by going after our patients with small outstanding balances, and suing them in court to collect the money. The backlash was not worth it. In addition, she was pleasant with us, but I understand that she is extremely rude and aggressive with the clients who owe our firm. We will certainly find another firm to work with our outstanding debts in the future.
