I was searching for a good personal injury lawyer for a slightly unusual accident case; and Mr. Abraham was recommended to me through the Fairfax Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. I called and he readily agreed to see me. I knew going into our meeting that there was a very small chance his fir...m could take me on -- because of Virginia's law regarding damages in a personal injury case, that if the plaintiff has even 1% liability, no damages whatsoever will be awarded. Unfortunately, but understandably, Virginia lawyers have to be very careful which personal injury cases they decide to take on. Mr. Abraham listened to me; he was polite, knowledgeable and attentive, and was great answering all my questions. He was also very realistic and told me that even though he thought I would have a very good case in any other state (without the above law), his firm might not agree to take my case, which I understood completely. He told me that I had another alternative available to any citizen, which was to file a lawsuit Pro Se, that is, go to the courthouse and do it yourself. Time was running very short for filing the case, and after our meeting, he said he would get back to me with his firm's decision the following week. He did, and they decided not to. But I still wanted his advice, so we set up a short phone meeting, and helped me go over the procedures for filing a Pro Se lawsuit. Long story short, I did so. And I finally came to a settlement agreement with the insurance company, before our 1st court date. It wasn't a lot, but it was more than the paltry offer the insurance company had originally made, and helped pay some of the bills I'd incurred because of the accident. Without Mr. Abraham's kind and thoughtful help and legal advice, I never would have been able to get that insurance company to come to any kind of settlement that I could live with. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Abraham and his fine law firm to anyone needing legal help!

I was in a serious bind, and frankly, quite frantic. I had already contacted a criminal attorney, and she recommended Paul to manage the insurance side of the house. Having already had an incredible experience with my criminal attorney, I took her up on the recommendation. Birds of a feather, as it... was. Paul was just fantastic.
