So Ms. Karin Porter’s reputation precedes her. It is my complete pleasure to write this review. Ms. Karin Porter is a magnificent defense attorney. I have dealt with A LOT of lawyers, and I can honestly say I’ve never seen an attorney so strong, professional, informative, and caring of her clients. I... have met with many lawyers so I know how confusing, short, and impersonal they can be. Ms. Porter was nothing but informative, honest, fair in pricing, and most importantly caring. I felt confident that she would give me the best possible outcome and she did. If you are to choose any attorney to represent you in Fairfax County, I strongly recommend you retain Ms. Porter.

Karin is smart and worked through the entire strategy. I had two misdemeanor charges which were both were dropped for an amended minor disorderly charge. She already knew the way the prosecutor was going to think with possible outcomes and scenarios. She had a conference with the prosecutors and conv...inced them they didn’t have much and what I was willing to concede (which wasn’t much). She was confident if we went to trial we would win and I think they knew that. They settled on the amended disorderly which she knew would still qualify for expungement. Six months later we go in for expungement and within 2 mins the prosecutor agreed to expunge the original charges and so did the judge. She saved my life and career as well embarrassment. Hire her, her representation is worth every penny.

Look no further!!! I couldn't be more happier with my outcome of my case. I got pulled over around the Pentagon and on Federal Property for turning from wrong lane. I was asked to step out and do the field sobriety tests which I didn't do so great on. I was arrested for DWI (second within 10 year...s) and Refusal. I spoke to another lawyer before reaching out to Mrs. Karin and that lawyer made me feel worse and more depressed. After contacting her office they took my information and said Mrs. Karin charges extra and will only take your case if she's available. I was okay with that.
