Karin Porter accomplished exactly what I asked of her, in that she was able to have the charge of reckless driving amended to failure to pay full time and attention. The outcome of my guilty plea to the amended charge resulted in a sentence of a $250.00 fine, plus payment of court costs. The charge... for which I was convicted did not carry any demerit points on my Virginia driver’s license.
