I found Chris's firm through searches on the internet and put in a call to his firm and Chris was assigned as the lawyer to help us with our initial need for a Property Lease Review. We had a challenging case whereby multiple parties, multiple rounds of reviews and a lot of collaboration were involved between the Broker, Management Company and hired contractor. Initially, we were unsure if we should work with Chris because he was one of the more junior partners for the Gross law firm. But after reviewing Chris's Education background, coming from a great solid school (my family's alma mater), I decided to take the chance to work with Chris and I'm glad I did.
