About a year ago, I walked to Brian's office with a heavy heart. I consulted him for a stressful situation related to a relative on a visitor visa. Brian analyzed the situation and told me the likelihood of the worst outcome. But he seriously doubted it based on the information I provided. And he was... right (as I found out afterward)! Brian Murray and his staff were extremely dedicated in bringing resolution to an immigration/deportation case involving my son in law. The first day that my son in law was detained my daughter and I started looking for legal representation. Our family moved back to Europe, leaving our 19 year old in the US to work for a year. Unfortunately during that time his passport and green card were confiscated due to 2 minor drug possession convinctions. He then could not leave the US to join us as his case (and travel documents) were referred to... the Immigration court, which had a huge backlog (around a two year wait!). With Brian's intervention we were able to recover our son's documents and he was finally allowed to leave the US without a hearing.
