Although this was a low-level misdemeanor and my first-ever criminal charge, a conviction could have severely injured my career prospects and professional reputation. Mr. Kassabian explained the General District Court criminal process in depth, gave me a realistic evaluation of likely outcomes, and recommended that I proactively do community service before my first hearing date. On the day of trial, the prosecutor agreed to drop my charges after acknowledging my community service hours.

John Kassabian is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. He was able to successfully resolve 2 moving violations (one of those being a reckless charge) incurred in Fairfax County and amend the charges to failure to devote full time and attention. I am writing this review for Attorney John Kassabian who represented me in regards to a reckless speeding ticket. John was able to reduce the charge from a 6 point to a 3 point violation which was a great achievement considering my past record.
