It was truly a blessing for me to find Deborah Arthur during my lawyer search. She was able to set me at ease with her warm demeanor, and is very passionate about her vocation. She is extremely detailed, and leaves no room for ambiguity. You leave her office after your first consultation with a game plan, and list of steps.
When we had our meeting of the Creditors (341 Meeting), which is part of the Bankruptcy process. We had the opportunity to listen to the other cases and it almost seem that the other lawyers and clients were disorganized. This actually led to a few cases needing to be rescheduled.
I realized at that point the reason why Deborah made sure she had everything in before our case and that we had everything checked off a week before our case was going to be presented to the trustee.
When our case was called up the Trustee immediately thank Deborah for having everything in and being so organized. The Trustee asked me a few questions and I was done!
Deborah is just fantastic, super proactive, and just a wonderful person. I highly recommend her you and will not be disappointed.

I called Deborah out of need and she agreed to see me. We met in her office and reviewed my case. Deb spent a lot of time combing through my information. We met in her office several times and spoke over the phone several times. After filing the documentation onto the state web page, she went with me to the Court and represented me. I am very impressed with her professionalism, empathy during my time of need and the time she took with me. I am highly recommending her.

I recently hired Deborah Arthur's office to assist me with estate planning and with formulating a living revocable trust, medical directive and other relevant legal planning documents. I worked mostly with Attorney Rebecca Evans and she was highly professional and very easy to work with during the entire process. The service she delivered in formulating a plan and drafting all the legal documents necessary was top notch. After a couple of iterations, all the paperwork was concluded in less than two weeks time - even with some last minute adjustments. Ms. Evans was able to walk me through the entire process from beginning to end under a very short period of time during the holiday season; moreover, she and her office staff were extremely friendly in terms of handling all my requests and making me feel at home.
Based on my experience with this law firm's services, the staff and attorneys are very approachable and friendly - this is important in helping put a client at ease. Also, I would recommend to any woman requiring legal service to consider consulting with Deborah Arthur's office since in my experience they are highly sensitive to the needs of their clients and try to take every opportunity to put you at ease. Thanks.
