We came to Rich with a previous disorderly conduct charge that was now being complicated with a newly added DUI. This DUI was going to also impact a parole violation that could have resulted in a 60 day jail sentence, loss of a nearly completed PBJ that up to that point was without any issues, huge f...ines and points on a driving record. Rich was able to obtain a new PBJ, 1 day jail sentence, no points and a totally affordable fine. The charged person suffers from disabilities, both physical and mental and has struggled for the last 20 years attempting to overcome their issues. Further harsh punishment would have resulted in far more negative than positive and what he achieved is more than appreciated and well worth the modest investment. Having worked for attorneys off and on, I knew from the first phone call he knew what he was doing. Further research and meeting him solidified our decision to hire him. Would we recommend Rich?
