Excellent Service

I hired RIch to represent me for an open container ticket. Not being from the Ocean City Maryland area, I was very unfamiliar with all of the rules and laws there. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He is extremely easy to reach and will answer any calls or texts right aw...ay. He was able to get me a favorable outcome; I would highly recommend him.
