If he doesn't answer a text or call immediately, which is most of the time, he will get back to you within hours. Richard made me feel like I wa...s his only client. I was amazed at the updates and the negotiating he did to lessen my sentence. In my to do list Richard recommended I make a binder of my life, which I did and it helped Richard humanize me to the prosecutor, the husband who attacked me, but became the victim, and to the judge. We came to Rich with a previous disorderly conduct charge that was now being complicated with a newly added DUI. This DUI was going to also impact a parole violation that could have resulted in a 60 day jail sentence, loss of a nearly completed PBJ that up to that point was without any issues, huge f...ines and points on a driving record. Rich was able to obtain a new PBJ, 1 day jail sentence, no points and a totally affordable fine. The charged person suffers from disabilities, both physical and mental and has struggled for the last 20 years attempting to overcome their issues. Further harsh punishment would have resulted in far more negative than positive and what he achieved is more than appreciated and well worth the modest investment.
