Andie was the most professional, caring and attentive with my bankruptcy. She gets to know you and your situation and finds the best result for your situation. She listens, comforts and explains the process in great detail and follows-up thru the entire process and even afterwards to see how you are doing and if you need any additional assistance. You will not find that level of caring from most other attorneys. Her professionalism is outstanding and will spend the time with you to ensure you are comfortable her recommendations, she truly cares about all her clients. You will not find a better attorney, friend and specialist anywhere else. I recommend her highly.

Andrea Ross is not what you would think of as a "typical" lawyer. She is up front, honest and seems to genuinely care for your well being. Before I hired Andie to take on my case, she spent several hours on the phone with me over a period of a week or so. She listened to me and presented every option available for my circumstances, whether she would benefit or not. Andie won't nickle and dime you. She will tell it like it is and advocate for you. There were never any surprises. Andie is thorough. She knows her stuff!

i couldn't be more impressed with Andie. She was kind and helpful and listened to our situation intently to determine the best possible solution. She is thorough, dedicated and most importantly always available to help. She deftly coached us through a very challenging process from both a legal standpoint and the emotional aspect of dealing with bankruptcy. We simply could not have done it without her, I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. you will not be disappointed.

When I first reached out to Andie, I had no clue whether or not Bankruptcy was the route I wanted or needed to take and had a lot of concerns. From the initial phone consultation I could tell she was incredibly knowledgeable and she didn't try to convince me to file for bankruptcy, she actually encouraged me to do some research on the different options available and wanted me to feel very comfortable in knowing the different options available to me. She was such an incredible attorney to work with; very good about responding to all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and such a sweet, compassionate person as well. I could tell that she truly had my best interest at heart and wanted to help me alleviate this overwhelming stress from my life. I would absolutely recommend her, she has changed my life! :)

Andie is exceptional at her job in every way.
I found that she is very approachable so I did not have to worry about asking questions and voicing concerns about my case. It was very easy to tell her what was going on so that we could be fully prepared for our hearing. I know that throughout the entire process of filing my bankruptcy Andie was working conscientiously to complete all documents with accuracy. She also took the time to make sure I understood what I should do.
No one could have done a better job. No loose ends were left and everything went without a hitch. Andie is a superb professional.

Ms. Ross was exceptional in her professionalism and execution of my case. I was totally blind and she helped me see. She walked me through every step and explained what everything was and what would happen. She took my case and solved my Bankruptcy in a very timely and efficient manner. She is very easy to talk to and never makes you feel uncomfortable. Even after the case was signed sealed and delivered she continued to assist me especially when a would be creditor tried to come back on me. One call was all it took to her and she jumped on the problem and handled it all. Problem solved without any additional charges. Ms. Ross is an outstanding lawyer and stands behind her work. She is very reliable and cares about you and your concerns. No one better than her. If you need help make sure your first call is to her. You won't need to go anywhere else.

If you are reading this page, there is something in your life that you would like to change. And that change can be achieved following one short phone call to Andie Ross, Attorney, to schedule an appointment. Let me tell you about my experience with this most unusual lawyer.
It is no surprise that I met Andie at a pro bono legal facility. That, in itself, tells you something about her and her volunteer outreach in the community. In fact, the day I wrote this review I read that she is slated to receive the Distinguished Pro Bono Volunteer Award, recognizing her work above and beyond the average commitment by an attorney. I'd say way above and beyond.,
Andie put me at ease immediately, explaining the various methods for relieving my smothering debt load. Going biefly off-scrip, she talked about her neighborhood bakery in Chestertown and said that their Nutella Latte would "change my life." Then back to our original discussion she detailed the legal options open to me under the new, complicated Bankruptcy Code, translating baffling legal jargon to simple everyday language. She ultimately recommended that I prusue the Chapter Seven option, telling me that the completion of this process would also "change my life."
Well, she was right on both counts. At our first session, we went over everything I would need to file and given what she called "homework." That meant putting together all of my debts and expenses. A second session was held to review these findings and to expand on them in a more court-friendly presentation. The final meeting consisted of reviewing the materials for the last time and signing each of the required documents. Andie then pushed to make a filing deadline within the shortest possible time and worked much of a weekend to make that happen. Soon I had a case number and a court date.
The wait for my appearance was nerve wracking, but Andie telephoned regularly and promised to hold my hand through the entire proceedinhs. True to her promise, the day of my hearing Andie met me there, sat alongside me through the entire ordeal, unlike the other attorneys present who came from the back of the room only when their clients were called. "Above and Beyond again." Within a very few hours I walked out totally free of debt.
So, I can say unequivocally that hiring Andie Ross to represent me in my bankruptcy literally did Change my Life. Latte lover or not, she can do the same for you.

I knew I had to go through the bankruptcy procedure but was very nervous, and since the creditors were not being aggressive at all, I held off for a long time. I had given Andrea a deposit and she took care of a lot of calls. Then I finally said I have to do this (a year and a half later) and gave in the rest of the deposit. I held off a bit longer because of a granddaughter due a month later. I finally pushed the button and went ahead. Andrea gave me a lot of work to do for all the information she needed and I got it all together, and she did a lot of data massaging to get it all in all the required forms. We reviewed everything thoroughly over the phone and she said it was ready to go. When we got to the person who did the review, he attacked the lawyer of the person ahead of us because so many things were vague or incomplete and I got nervous. But every I was dotted and T crossed, and it went right through. Then it was a 60 day wait for the court to get back. The bankruptcy was complete and the debts discharged without even having to go to court. Needless to say, that was an incredible relief. Andrea did an excellent job and my only regret was not having done it sooner and all that worrying. I would recommend her in an instant.
