Mrs Shipley went above and beyond for my case!!! I had 8 different charges including DUI, reckless driving, and all the smaller charges they throw on you for wrecking your car. The day of court i found out the cops had gotten a blood alcohol test and i thought i was done for. States attorney knew th...at evidence couldnt be used because they failed to notify Mrs.shipley in time, sent over evidence 4 days before court.... Mrs. Shipley first had to fight for the trial to happen that day which she won, then had to fight that the evidence couldnt be used in court which she won.. and then of course had to fight all the charges.. i went in there praying i would get pbj being it was my first time getting charged with dui... i walked out NOT GUILTY!!!! i went from having 8 charges to just 1 (reckless driving) which i am working to get off with driver improvement class and community service. which is huge for me because the career i am pursuing i need a perfect driving record. If you have similar charges and want the best of the best you better give her a call!!!!

I’m no angel but I was harassed and held an irregular amount of time for assumptions and what seemed to be generalizations as well as profiling. For example having two forms of ID. And still being told that they didn’t believe me when I told them who I was when it could have been verified through ver...y simple means. A shame I had to spend money to prove my innocence but Ms. Shipley understands the system and is pragmatic in her approach. She will deliver results and proves to be very effective.
