After the court ordered that my initial filing, which I made myself (I am an attorney but do not handle bankruptcy filings) would be dismissed with prejudice I started looking for an attorney to help. Several other bankruptcy attorneys declined to take on my case because it was very complicated and not a straight cookie cutter filing. I was referred to Morgan by another attorney and Morgan was able to step in at the 11th hour and resurrect my case. The other attorneys that reviewed my case suggested that I would not qualify for a chapter 7 discharge and instead recommended a chapter 13 filing. Morgan carefully reviewed the case and said that while not straight forward, a chapter 7 discharge was possible. I received a chapter 7 discharge.
Morgan is smart and personable. He has great relationships with the Maryland trustees. He was always professional and respectful providing both letter of the law advice as well as practical guidance throughout the process. He and his staff are always responsive to inquiries and always provided me with notice of all filings and actions in my case.
Morgan Fisher is the only attorney to whom I will refer Maryland bankruptcy cases.

Morgan Fisher and associates helped my husband and I through Chapter 7. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I have just recommended him to a friend.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend (and I already have) Morgan to others. He was very knowledgeable about how to handle our situation. He even already had prior experience with creditors that had taken advantage of us. He presented our options and was able to help us prevent foreclosure and vehicle repossession. He is amazing. He helped us not feel guilty and continues to help us even after our court case was over.
We ended up having to go to court and we witness him fighting for us and our payment plan to be affordable if either my husband and I were to lose our employment. He was able to win and relieved the incredible amount of stress from debt collectors off of our shoulders. We were grateful he worked so hard because just a few short months after we were confirmed in court my husband DID lose his job. We're still able to make our payments and don't have to worry about whether we have to skip bills or not.
