Very happy with Cochran and Chhabra

It was very easy to work with Mandeep and his assistant, Carly, after a car accident. They were responsive and helpful and I was very happy with the outcome of the case.

Amazing

Mandeep is amazing and caring. Even after the initial case he represented me in 2020 is closed and dismissed, he still helps and gives me professional advice to this day.

Sub Par Performance

First let me just say this, if you need to find a lawyer this firm is not the place to go. Mandeep was late for trail and provided a less than imperfect defense on my behalf, I even ask how I should have prepared as I had to do everything and he advised "You do not need to do anything, I will handle... it". There was no evidence to find me guilty other then a neighbor's word which had motive to crucify me and he did not even want to show evidence that could have found me not guilty as he was simply scared that I would have been found guilty of something else which he told me to do. I did get PBJ but I believe I should have been found not guilty and the only reason why I received this is because of my clean record which I don't have anymore and it has affected my career. I took this man's professional advice and accepted a peace order when talking to another lawyer after everything was all said and done I should have not. Anyway look somewhere else if you want good representation because my opinion and experience with this firm, you will not. Oh and did I mention they were happy to take my hard earned money as well.

You were offered a different outcome which would have avoided prosecution, but you went against my professional advice and elected to have a trial, which is a decision only the client can make. As your attorney, I cannot force you to do anything, I can only advise you about what I think is the best thing for you to do, and in this case, you went against that. Ultimately, the decision to have a trial or not is yours. While I can’t reveal the substance of our discussions, I would encourage anyone who questions my performance in this case to listen to the recording of the public trial. With regard to the fee in this case, I spoke to you over the phone, exchanged numerous emails and met with you in person multiple times. We also had 3 court appearances. I would invite you to disclose to anyone interested what I charged for my time.

DUI Defense

Mandeep is an exceptional Lawyer! In my case, I did not originally hire Mandeep to represent me. The lawyer who was originally supposed to represent me fell ill and could not make it to my court hearing so he asked Mandeep to step in for him with only a 2-day notice, and I could not have been happier... with the outcome. I met with Mandeep a couple of minutes prior to my hearing and after discussing my case with him I knew he did an extensive amount of research with such short notice to make sure he was well prepared for my case. I would without hesitation refer anyone who needs a lawyer to Mr.Chhabra.
