A little more than a year ago I was charged with DUI and related offenses. I was beyond distraught. Not only was I confused and embarrassed, but I was at risk of losing a job I love. While I had lived in the area for almost eight years and am an attorney myself, I had no clue who I should have rep...resent me. After some self-investigation and asking around, I decided to reach out to Mandeep Chhabra. I can tell you, it was the absolute best decision I made. He is similarly great at communicating the “how” he plans on getting you the result, as opposed to just the expected result itself. Last, but certainly not least, is results. Hey, at the end of the day, we go to an attorney hoping for the best possible result. From day one, I told Mandeep that, above all else, I wanted to be able to retain my security clearance job and in Court do the absolute best we can. Here was the outcome: kept my job (in fact, because of his personal encouragement to me over the year-long ordeal, I thrived and obtained a bonus!), was acquitted at my MVA hearing, and at my district court hearing we got every single criminal charge dismissed. I thought I would be smart and interview several prominent attorneys. Most of the attorneys spent the time telling me how good they were. Mandeep spent the time telling me what I could expect and the outcome he was certain he could get for me. I received the best outcome I could realistically expect.... I got pulled over twice in less than a month and was issued 15 tickets in total for infractions ranging from 'driving vehicle without adequate rear reg plate illumination....' to 'driving vehicle with an expired license....' I got really worried about the situation and starting preparing for two c...ourt dates.
