Sara Slaff

Working with Sara was a mixed bag. On one hand, she was very responsive. She can empathize well and understands the emotions going on. On the other hand, she is inconsistent and her use of language is off-putting. When a situation presented itself the first time, she was dismissive and tried to shift... the blame on the person who had been victimized in the issue. When an identical situation occurred weeks later, she used threatening language, subjected both parties to an extremely stressful ordeal, and then failed to even follow up. She wasted our time and then literally did not get back in touch. I had to reach out to her myself and she made some excuses about how the second situation occurred later and involved more people; but the ordeal she subjected us to was preliminary and we didn't have to wait for anything further. A nice save face. So much for the threatening language that she initially used despite 1) not even knowing the full story and 2) indeed knowing the terrible situation the victim had been through and 3) failing to act the same way weeks prior; just to say nothing needs to happen in the end and it was all preliminary.
