I have been a trial lawyer and advocate since 1987. I regularly represent my clients in the State and Federal trial courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I also work for my clients in the probate and tax courts, and before administrative law judges. I work for you  or your business in the following courts:

Our firm concentrates in several areas of law, including:

  • Land disputes, including purchase, sale and ownership, the use of land, and title insurance issues.

  • Construction disputes arising from home or commercial projects, including payment and surety disputes, claims about the quality and completeness of work, and unlicensed contractors.


  • Contract disputes arising from any area of commercial dealing, such as the sale of goods and services, and the relationships we form to get things done.


  • Corporate issues that arise with owners, shareholders, officers and employees cannot agree.


  • Personal injury claims for injuries and death caused to you or a loved one.

  • Probate disputes that arise when a loved one dies, but there are questions about the will, an inheritance, or how the Personal Representative is doing the job.

  • Criminal matters where the State of Federal authorities have accused you or a loved one of a crime.
