I was extremely pleased in my dealings with Ron. He was easy to work with and is an expert in his field. Most importantly - he took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and came up with the perfect solution for me. Throughout the process he was always available, returning emails and phone calls promptly and always answering my questions. He always treated me as if I was his most important client. Ron is super easy to work with, and he got me great results. I have already referred others to Ron and I continue to do so.

Ron Drescher's confidence and command of bankruptcy law and process was the lighthouse that guided us through the most difficult financial time in our lives.
Faced with an overwhelming business and personal situation, Ron rolled up his sleeves, executed pin-point research, and made quick, correct recommendations. He firmly and fairly dealt with the myriad of vendors and creditors in our very complicated situation. When appropriate, he treated them with the same respectful and compassionate manner I would have wanted to if I was able. At the same time, he defended our rights, did not let anyone take advantage of us, and shutdown unfair claims being made by large creditors with significant legal departments behind them.
The anxiety created by the difficult decisions we had to make, and the unknown consequences resulting from them were our biggest fear. Ron always weighed the potential outcomes and gave us the various options we had available to us. His clear and calm explanation always put us at ease and gave us the bit of confidence we needed to make difficult decisions.
Finally -- Ron's fees are absolutely fair and we were never surprised by an invoice we received from him. He gave us accurate estimates of costs up front and did not waiver from that cost unless there was a clear change in scope.
If you are in the position where you are looking for bankruptcy services - Ron Drescher is the professional that will put you at ease. Making the decision to do this is the toughest part. Once you have made that decision - Ron will take the burden off your shoulders and move you through the process efficiently. All of that being said, the best thing we can say is that Ron treated us with sympathy and respect when very few people would. He brings more than a simple attorney-client relationship to the experience and we appreciated his genuine care for our welfare.

When I was looking for a bankruptcy attorney for both my ex wife and myself, I thankfully chose Drescher and Associates. Ron and his associates patiently and diligently walked us through the entire process. While bankruptcy can be stressful, Ron instilled confidence in us throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier about my decision to choose Ron and his staff and give my highest recommendation to anyone considering enlisting his firm.

After viewing a couple of informational videos I emailed Mr. Drescher for additional information since our situation was a bit unique and somewhat complex-which is why I provided a lot of information in my email. I was concerned that most attorney's would just read the first couple of sentences and bypass. But, not only did Mr. Drescher provide extremely helpful, detailed information, he asked another question to be sure he was providing the best information and he answered my emails over a holiday weekend, which I certainly didn't expect. In this instance, a consult was all that I needed. However, if I need to hire an attorney and Mr. Drescher would be available to represent me, I would choose him and recommend him to anyone else.

Ron saved the day when I was on deadline to compose the "client portion" of our Chapter 11 Disclosure Statement. Other attorneys failed to give me adequate guidance. I found Ron on-line and he returned my inquiry within an hour. I have authorized Ron to provide my Disclosure Statement to other clients who need help.

Ron is one of the most knowledgeable bankruptcy and debt attorney I know. he is certainly in the top fiv in the Maryland area. I have known Ron for over 15 years and have used Ron's services in the past. I had a terrible experience with another attorney in the same practice area and then was introduced to Ron by a business associate. Ron tells you what you need to hear not necessarily what you want to hear as far as advice but I've never gone wrong following his advice. I would recommend him to you if you need an attorney in his practice area. I always refer Ron to anyone needing a bankruptcy or debt lawyer. My referrals have always been pleased.

Ron and his team are extremely professional and sympathetic to the needs and concerns of the client. I never felt like a number but as a person who was being treated with dignity and kindness. Ron and his team were very patient and constantly answered all of my nervous questions as I went through the process.

Because of the perfect storm of a divorce, the real estate crash (eventual foreclosure on a million dollar house) and an untimely downturn in my business, I accumulated significant personal debt that I couldn't resolve.
Ron Drescher was recommended by my accountant.
When I first met Ron, his friendly and comfortable manner instantly put me at ease. He helped me understand my situation from a non-emotional perspective, and also helped me feel less like a heel for having to consider bankruptcy in the first place.
Ron successfully guided me through the bankruptcy process, and I was eventually granted a compete discharge while still getting to keep the few assets that I have that are important to me, including my interest in my own business.
Lastly, compared to the cost of other bankruptcy lawyers in my area, Ron offered his services for a fair price that I was able to manage.
I would highly recommend Ron Drescher!

I will first say that Ron is a class act of person! After 4 years of a complicated bankruptcy case, Ron got the results we were looking for. I visited some other lawyers along the way to see what/who else was out there, and they were no comparison to Ron. He pays attention to every detail and methodically formulates his approach to the desired outcome while making you feel as comfortable as possible during this stressful ordeal. I always felt Ron was more than just my lawyer, and I had actually gained a friend!

My case was not simple. I came to Ron when I had come to a point of no return. I did not know how to handle the debt load I was carrying from a divorce and to be honest - I felt like I had nowhere else to go. I searched online, researching out respected lawyers in the field, but I was confused. There was so much information, but very little was made easy and clear. I came across Ron’s reviews and I decided to talk to him. I was lucky. Upon sitting down with him for an hour I knew I had met the right person to help me. He listened to me, respecting my situation and the history that brought me to his door. He was not judgmental, but instead was so very open and forthright about the process and what it means, both emotionally, but also realistically relative to its impact on life.
I originally thought a Chapter 13 was in my future, but after working with Ron it became a Chapter 7. Getting materials together was time consuming and nerve wracking. The more detail you provide the easier it is for later in the process. Ron has a mechanism in place that really makes the overall steps you need to take rather easy to complete, but also understand. He was always more than willing to work with me through the steps, quick to answer my calls or respond to an email, even during holidays and late at night. His staff was a few minutes away at all times. More than once I literally just dropped into his office, unannounced, and stole a few minutes of his time, or his staff’s time, to get clarification on a concern. It is rare for an office to be that open for their clients. I was always greatly appreciative of their hard work, and true openness and caring they had for the process and me.
Once the case started Ron served as a guide. There were challenges, as I mentioned earlier, it was not cut and dry, but he helped me through it, keeping me sane when I thought I could not handle anymore. He was a voice of reason and a mentor all at once. The case was completed in a shorter timeframe than I expected, and crazy as it sounds, it all came together as planned. The unusualness of my case at times made me think it would not, and I was ok with that, as we had done the best we could, being honest and forthright, but at the end of the day, it ended as Ron predicted. Not a single step came before us that he did not understand and that he was not ready to address, ensuring that the process kept moving forward.
I highly recommend working with Ron and his team. They always treated me fairly and with respect. I believe they are in the business of changing people’s lives. I know they changed mine.

I found Ronald Drescher via a Google search to assist our firm with a foreclosure case on a non-performing loan. The prior owner of the loan got almost completely through the foreclosure process but allowed the case to be dismissed about 45 days prior to our purchase. We assumed we'd have to start a new foreclosure case from scratch. Ron suggested we attempt to reopen the case but we had to act quickly. This would save us not only time but thousands of dollars in legal expenses. He was successful in reopening the case and saved us about 6 months and $4,000 in expenses. He is extremely professional, responsive and has his clients best intentions in mind at every decision point. I deal with dozens of attorneys all over the country and he is amongst the best!
