Criminal defense

Mr. Eidelberg handled my trial in a speedy manner and was able to get all charges dropped. Highly recommended.

Hire Mr.Eidelberg for a peace of mind!

After consulting with multiple lawyers I decided to go with Mr.Eidelberg for the mere fact that he was extremely knowledgeable about the traffic charges against me and most importantly was honest,not promising or providing me with false hope.His efforts resulted in the removal of all charges consisti...ng of reckless driving,speeding,driving on a suspended license and thankfully no points on my driver’s license.In addition to reducing my fines by $900. On the day of the trial,Mr. Eidelberg was prepared,professional and well spoken.1000% would recommend him!!

Negligent Driving Traffic Charge in Maryland

I intially chose Mr. Eidelberg for 2 reasons: after calling various attorneys around the area, he was the only one that actually spoke to me (vs. an assistant) & also took over 30 minutes on the phone to discuss w/ me about my entire situation. Also, he seemed very knowledgeable about the scenario & ...associated laws. Finally, he has an extensive history w/ the law system around here. ON court date, he represented me extremely well, cross-examining the officer to such an extent that it was clear that the officer was not prepared for such a confrontation. Inevitably, my charge got acquitted (even though I felt like we did not have enough evidence). I highly recommend Mr. Eidelberg for any traffic related charges that you may have.

Kind person with extensive knowledge

I made a mistake for the first time and asked for advice here on Avvo.com. I have not received a reply that is as detailed and well-versed as Lee has offered. I have not eaten well and have been losing sleep but Lee has answered some of my most pressing questions. If I can afford a private... attorney in the event of prosecution, I will definitely ask Mr.Eidelberg first before contacting any others. Although this Avvo.com is a free website as far as I know, Lee has answered in much details that I have not been able to find the answers to. Lee is highly recommended.

Superb "10/10"

Having been cited a criminal citation is stressful but the whole experience was so much easier because of Lee’s friendly, courteous, professionalism, knowledge and thorough review of the case. I will rate him “10/10” – SUPERB.
