One of the Best!

Mr. Eidelberg is truly one of the best lawyers as so many others have reviewed here. I was wrongfully charged with some serious traffic violations that was obviously racially biased. From the initial consultation, discovery phase, pre-trial negotiation and preparation, to final courtroom trial, Mr. ...Eidelberg has kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. He responded promptly with every email or phone call. His legal guidance has helped me tremendously since this was the first time that I had ever faced with any traffic violation. His courtroom performance (arguing the case, cross-examining the witnesses) was so brilliant and effective. It was head and shoulder above the opposing counsel. Most importantly, he has won the best possible outcome for me with his experience, deep knowledge of the laws and relevant case studies, and brilliant courtroom performance. All false serious charges had been dismissed by the judge. Some of the baseless charges had even been thrown out completely early in the trial. The judge only handed out a small fine. That was even PBJ without the point or record. If you ever need legal representation in traffic related areas, look no further. Mr. Eidelberg is your best choice. This whole experience has taught me that racial prejudice by the police is the reality in today’s society. However, our legal system still works most of the times if you have an excellent lawyer.

Wonderful experience

I was facing 3 tickets for 97 in a 65 mph zone. Lee talked me through everything and gave excellent pre trial advice. Clearly explaining all consequences and likelihood’s. On the court date, I went to work like normal while Mr. Eidelberg handled everything. There was no better outcome, no points, ...no record, small fine.

Negligent Driving Traffic Charge in Maryland

I intially chose Mr. Eidelberg for 2 reasons: after calling various attorneys around the area, he was the only one that actually spoke to me (vs. an assistant) & also took over 30 minutes on the phone to discuss w/ me about my entire situation. Also, he seemed very knowledgeable about the scenario & ...associated laws. Finally, he has an extensive history w/ the law system around here. ON court date, he represented me extremely well, cross-examining the officer to such an extent that it was clear that the officer was not prepared for such a confrontation. Inevitably, my charge got acquitted (even though I felt like we did not have enough evidence). I highly recommend Mr. Eidelberg for any traffic related charges that you may have.

Excellent, detailed and patient lawyer

Mr Eidelberg was very prompt in his response. I needed consultation and advice on vehicle accident case. He was able to understand my case and asked the right questions to gather full details. He made it clear that while he does not take these type of cases, he will provide his guidance. He was patie...nt and explained in detail how the process works. I found him very patient, takes time to explain and has a lot of knowledge which was in line to what I knew. He provides an honest, unbiased and realistic picture which helped me understand better. Highly recommend him.

Kindly note that the caller inquired about an auto accident he was responsible for causing. I routinely represent drivers and passengers injured in auto accident caused by others; this caller was advised during our consultation that that his auto liability carrier was responsible for defending his interests and retaining, at its expense, an attorney to represent him.

Got Questionable Ex Parte TPO Dismissed

I had never had occasion to hire legal counsel before, and Mr. Eidelberg has set the bar particularly high for any future counsel I may need. Every step of the way he was helpful, supportive, respondent and always answered any questions I had completely and thoughtfully. Situation was that I found my...self the Respondent in a temporary protective order where the Plaintiff was potentially misusing the statute to expel me from our jointly owned home as the result of a recent breakup initiated by me. Mr. Eidelberg was able to converse with the Plaintiff's counsel immediately before the hearing for the TPO was to begin and instead of it being heard in open court. As a result, the Plaintiff's counsel convinced them to dismiss the order since the hearing would most likely result in the order not being granted anyway since it was in fact groundless. After the very brief hearing, he sat outside the courtroom with my parents and I for over an hour and reviewed my rights, options and next steps for how to handle peacefully financially disentangling myself from my former co-habiting partner. He also immediately put me in touch with a partner in his firm who specializes in divorce law so that I can seamlessly and quickly handle that step. I can't imagine how many other cases he was working on at the time, but I felt like his most important client. Really amazing service.
