Old warrant

I had a warrant in Maryland that was over 10 years old. Mr. Eidelberg was able to have the warrant quashed and case dismissed without me even having to return to the state. He is very straightforward and communicative. I highly recommend him.

Prompt,Though,The Best

Lee helped my daughter 6 years with a theft case. With his expertise,she didnt have to testify,or go to jail. She eventually went into treatment and is drug free and working.i still had his email address,and contacted about 3 weeks ago.In less than 30 minutes he responded to me.I had 3 Driving While ...Suspended charges,and a speeding ticket.The Driving While Suspended charges were due to MVA not removing the Suspensions when I paid a ticket I had previously. With his help,I felt confindent that I could defend myself. He didnt try to urge me to have him take the case on to make money.I knew he wouldnt,thats why I reached out to him.He guided through all aspects of the case,and coached me to what should say. To my surprise,he went even further,found the name,number,and email of the Assistant States Attorney, that was handling my case.This was in St Marys County,100 miles from Towson.He advised me to reach out and email her my situtation,along with my documents to prove my innocence.Of course I did.I went to court this afternoon,they already decided they were dropping the Driving While Suspened charges. I got a PBJ on the speeding ticket. To top it off,he emailed me to check up on me,right after the trial and congradulated me.Best lawyer ever. He has never let me down !

Great Lawyer, a shame I couldn't hire him.

I was charged with nonsense that the officer assured me was a felony. Lee told me otherwise via email, pro bono. Not being familiar with maryland, I had no idea how far away Towson was from Charles. Lee politely explained that while he'd love to take the case, he lived too far away, and judges in the... southern maryland court system apparently don't look too kindly on outsiders. Appreciate the honesty. And the free advise. 5 stars.Almost makes me want to commit a traffic infraction in Northern Maryland so He can represent me.

Best Lawyer Ive Encounter (GOT ALL CHARGES DROPPED) HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WOULD'NT HAVE ANYONE ELSE

I was referred to Mr. Eidelberg through multiple friends, who praised his work. I had been confronted by a police officer while stopped on the side of the highway, and she found a false I.D., the possession of which carried a jail sentence, after searching my car. Everyone I had spoken with said th...e charges were very serious, which is why it was incredible that Mr. Eidelberg got all the charges dismissed without my even having to leave college to personally appear in court, something others told me was nearly impossible. He is the best lawyer - very knowledgeable, personable and everything you would want a lawyer to be. I think his perseverance for his clients is what makes him so successful. I’ll be going to him if I ever need a lawyer in the future.

One of the Best!

Mr. Eidelberg is truly one of the best lawyers as so many others have reviewed here. I was wrongfully charged with some serious traffic violations that was obviously racially biased. From the initial consultation, discovery phase, pre-trial negotiation and preparation, to final courtroom trial, Mr. ...Eidelberg has kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. He responded promptly with every email or phone call. His legal guidance has helped me tremendously since this was the first time that I had ever faced with any traffic violation. His courtroom performance (arguing the case, cross-examining the witnesses) was so brilliant and effective. It was head and shoulder above the opposing counsel. Most importantly, he has won the best possible outcome for me with his experience, deep knowledge of the laws and relevant case studies, and brilliant courtroom performance. All false serious charges had been dismissed by the judge. Some of the baseless charges had even been thrown out completely early in the trial. The judge only handed out a small fine. That was even PBJ without the point or record. If you ever need legal representation in traffic related areas, look no further. Mr. Eidelberg is your best choice. This whole experience has taught me that racial prejudice by the police is the reality in today’s society. However, our legal system still works most of the times if you have an excellent lawyer.
