You better not think twice and call Lee the best attorney

I can not put into words how awesome, detailed and just all around amazing Mr. Lee is. He showed up abs showed out for me and got all charges dismissed within 30 mins of my case being called. He KNOWS THE LAW better than the states attorney and just watching him break the state down was like somethin...g you only see on TV. He came in ready to go and with several different strategies and I just can nit say enough good things about him. I run a business and I know for sure I’m going to have a LONG lasting partnership with Mr. Lee. I’m going always going to keep him on speed dial and it is a true blessing to have found him. It has been such a honor to watch his work!!!!

Fantastic!

I hired Lee Eidelberg in January 2020 after getting caught in a speed trap on I-95 in Harford County (I have driven through this area dozens of times, there are always State Troopers pulling someone over or waiting to pull someone over). The citation was for speeding 25+ (90 in a 65), which carried a... fine of $290 and 6 points for my VA drivers license, at the time. I called Mr. Eidelberg for a free consultation a few days later to get a better understanding on how to handle the situation. A week later I decided to go to trial and hire Mr. Eidelberg. Due to Covid, my trial was postponed a number of times and eventually rescheduled in April 2021. Mr. Eidelberg entered a not guilty plea and requested that the charges be dismissed on a lack of evidence, ending with the Judge dismissing the charges. Had I just pled guilty and payed the ticket, I would've ended up with a fine, points, and increase in my insurance premium. In the long run this would've amounted to hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars more than it costs to hire an attorney (2019 avg premium increase from a speeding ticket over 3 years was $1,380). I couldn't be more happy with my decision and the outcome, I highly recommend hiring Mr. Eidelberg.

Trustworthy Expertise

I received a speeding and reckless driving ticket. I spoke with a few lawyers and Lee provided the best advice and explanation of what could happen. He took the time to answer all of my questions and how he would approach my case. The result was both of my tickets were dismissed.

So worth the investment!

I consulted Lee Eidelberg regarding a warrant, assuming I simply would get some basic information and then proceed on my own. After speaking with him it became clear to me that he had a good knowledge of the law, especially traffic law. He was direct and efficient yet kind. I decided to hire him a...nd am grateful I did. He quickly responded to all my questions, explained my options and trial strategies to consider. He resolved my case entirely within a few weeks, with minimal effort on my part and no need to go to court. I recommend him without reservation!

unbelivable!

Mr. Lee responds swiftly to all my questions and concerns, his knowledge of the law and all possible options he offered me to proceed was more than satisfactory, trial strategies, and of course, the ultimate outcome was unbelievable! I could have charged with driving 110 in a 55 zone, along with ne...gligent driving and facing over $1000 in fines and a 5 pt. assessment. However, due to a pretrial strategy, He was able to persuade the Maryland State Trooper to drop the speeding charge, and although I was found guilty of negligent driving, & received no conviction for that offense so that my D.C. driver’s record was unaffected. Mr. Lee saved me from ruining my life, I really appreciate your service.
