Best lawyer I have ever hired

I was charged with DUI and faced the possibility of jail time, since it was my second alcohol related offense in 2 years. I was also charged with 5 other traffic violations that carried significant points and penalties. I was unaware of my initial trial date and that a bench warrant was issued for ...my arrest, but Mr. Eidelberg was successful in filing a motion to have the Court quash the warrant. Based on his negotiations with the State, he successfully persuaded the prosecutor not to pursue the case and make it inactive, subject to me completing an alcohol program. Additionally, the State agreed to reopen the case upon completion of the program and dismiss all 7 charges I faced. As a result, my driving record will reflect no points concerning the incident, and I avoided the possibility that my probation for the earlier offense could be violated. Mr Eidelberg was commpasionte and very knowledgeable

Please with case outcome

Lee Eidelberg provided a thorough phone consultation by being extremely knowledgeable. He explained what his defense would be concerning the alleged charge. He also explained his previous experience with similar cases. Due to coronavirus, the case took a while to come to trial and I was provided u...pdates on the status. In the end, to my satisfaction, the case was dismissed. I would recommend consulting Lee Eidelberg for anyone facing traffic citations/cases.

Attentive, Knowledgeable & Compassionate

Highly recommend!

Lee recently represented me in a case in which I was fraudulently charged with assault by a former employee. While the state was moving forward with the case up to the 11th hour, Lee's tenacity and knowledge successfully encouraged the state to dismiss the charge, without the grueling process of a he...aring.

You better not think twice and call Lee the best attorney

I can not put into words how awesome, detailed and just all around amazing Mr. Lee is. He showed up abs showed out for me and got all charges dismissed within 30 mins of my case being called. He KNOWS THE LAW better than the states attorney and just watching him break the state down was like somethin...g you only see on TV. He came in ready to go and with several different strategies and I just can nit say enough good things about him.
