Senior Week Marijuana Possession Charge

My son was arrested in Ocean City, MD during a senior week raid on the house he and 14 friends were renting. He stayed behind while the others ran because he knew he had nothing to hide. Police found marijuana in the house and arrested him since he stayed. We live in PA and I was nervous of the out...come of a hearing so far away. I found Lee on this site and read all the great reviews and decided to give him a call. Wow! Is what I say about Lee Eidelberg! He spoke with us right away and explained everything that we needed to do. He is familiar with working with juveniles and has a great way of making you feel at ease. Before I even mailed his retainer fee, Lee was busy making calls to the State's Attorney's Office to see if my son was eligible for a program for first offenders. Lee never missed a beat with follow-ups and making sure we were doing the paperwork and scheduling that was necessary on our end. I took a big chance hiring someone from the internet but I was so happy to have found Lee. Everything you read here on the reviews is absolutely true! Thanks Lee!

Defense of a Domestic Violence Protective Order

Mr. Eidelberg represented our son in a domestic violence protective order hearing. From our first meeting, Mr. Eidelberg displayed a vast professional knowledge and confident demeanor that helped our family through a traumatic time. He familiarized us with the process and purpose of the proceedings ...while seeking our input on the alleged charges against our son. On the day of the hearing his outstanding courtroom presence, preparation, and knowledge of the law, were evident throughout the proceedings. Mr. Eidelberg immediately showed his knowledge of the case by addressing the scope and limitations of the allegations against my son. He vigorously objected to testimony not directly associated with the hearing and establish a clear command of the law during his objections. He implemented his plan for addressing the false allegations during cross examination by surgically dismantling the plaintiff's charges. He knew when to show restraint in his questioning and when to aggressively challenge the plaintiff to establish discrepancies in the testimony. He was always prepared to react and allowed the plaintiff's testimony to guide his questioning. Following the re-cross and closing of the plaintiff's case Mr. Eidelberg moved for an immediate dismissal of all charges. The judge called for a recess in chambers with counsel. Upon returning to the courtroom the judge ruled. Mr. Eidelberg's ability to exploit these discrepancies and establish and ulterior motive resulted in an immediate dismissal of all charges. We can not fully express our gratitude for his excellent work representing our son.

Followup on DUI

Lee represented me for my DUI case. He also represented me for the OAH hearing for this case. I could never have believed things would have went so well. Lee is an excellent lawyer. Today I was in court for the criminal charges of DUI, DWI and left of center. We had an extremely tough judge who ...did not want to give an inch. But Lee was able to defend me successfully. He was able to talk to the police officer and prosecution ahead of time and get them on board as well. We were able to get probation before judgement and unsupervised probation. I am so happy with the results. For any and all legal matters moving forward in my life I would use Lee. If you need a lawyer and obviously you must if you are reading this call Lee. He is the best. His demeanor is excellent a real down to earth guy, genuinely approachable and friendly.

Thank YOU Lee!

I would 100% recommend Lee Eidelberg. I was facing a failure to blow in breathalyzer with a 4 month driving suspension attached to it. Lee met with me several times. We thoroughly went over my case. We went in front of the OAH hearing and he was successful in contending that I did not give a kno...wing refusal. I get to keep my license with NO restrictions. When I went to MVA to get back my license the clerk said she had never seen that before. She has always seen restrictions when returning someones license. I also was refunded my court costs. Lee is the best. If you are looking for a lawyer for any criminal charges give him a call immediately.

An excellent attorney
