Justin navigated us through a traffic violation as it involved the Federal District Court in Maryland and the Department of Motor Vehicles in the District of Columbia. Somehow Justin reached an agreement with the prosecutor that reduced the charges to a minor offense without significant impact on my son’s driving record. Justin is a very nice guy, amazingly responsive, and most knowledgeable. Clearly his experience as a prosecutor helped reach an agreement that was acceptable to the Court and good for our son. Justin certainly comes highly recommended by me.

Concurrently facing multiple felony charges in 2 jurisdictions, I contacted Justin for representation. Genuinely concerned, Justin aggressively advocated on my behalf and diligently worked to resolve my situation. He was always available, worked directly with me, and fought to ensure the resolution of my immediate matter as well as maintaining a long term perspective. As the direct result of Justin's outstanding representation all charges against me have been dropped. The outcome exceeded my expectations well beyond what I could have hoped for. I highly recommend him.

I used justin for a criminal case last month. I have been a felon for the past 2 years , I was put on probation and I violated it but Justin did not only get the case closed but he also made sure the that I walked out the court room without be being a felon.i totally recommend him.

Justin Esworthy demonstrates the best parts of our profession--exacting knowledge and application of law and deep and abiding interest in his clients. Indeed, one does not encounter these combined traits in an attorney too often. Clearly, billable hours and profit margins are not why Justin entered the noble profession.
