About me

David Terry has been an attorney since 1994 and has honed his skills representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  Since 2001, David has devoted 100% of his practice to serious personal injury cases such as car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical negligence, wrongful death cases and other cases resulting in serious personal injuries.  For more information about David and the types of cases handled at the Terry Law Firm, visit our website at www.TerryLawOffice.com

"I believe everyone who is injured through no fault of their own should have the opportunity to seek appropriate compensation to make them whole.  That is one reason why I wrote the books I have written.  I want to help the citizens of Missouri and Illinois know their rights and, more importantly, know how to put their rights into action."

David Terry has authored the following books and blogs:

In addition to advocating for the injured in Missouri and Illinois, David is a clean water advocate.  David is supportive of several organizations whose sole mission is to solve the clean water crisis around the world.  David traveled to El Salvador in September, 2011 with a team of individuals from around the United States to drill a fresh water well.
