My mother needed help with a criminal case, and we received Mr. Ross Albers as our panel attorney from the Public Defender's office. From the day we've met with him, he was a very helpful guide who was knowledgeable of the procedures of court, patient enough to explain the details in layman's terms, ...and very compassionate for my mother's emotional duress during the matter. I appreciate a fellow with understanding, and even though my mother isn't entirely satisfied with the outcome - as she and I both believe she could have won the case if the offer didn't seem like the least risky option - Mr. Ross helped us reach a conclusion that one could simply call a clean and concise resolution. :)
