Thomas E Mulinazzi

About me

Alimony/Spousal Support, Property Allocation, Separation Agreements, Business Valuation and Asset Protection, Collaborative Divorce, Child Support, Custody/Access, Grandparent Access, Domestic Violence, Adoption, and Litigation.

I concentrate my practice in divorce/family law in central Maryland.  My philosophy emphasizes practical solutions that minimize the financial and emotional cost to the client, his/her family, business interests, and personal/professional standing in the community.

I am also a collaborative divorce practitioner, holding basic and advanced training certifications.  I am a strong advocate for the collaborative process and I would be happy to explain the process and how it could benefit your family.

I serve the Court as a court-appointed Attorney for Children in various capacities, incuding service as a Best Interests Attorney.  I also serve as a mediator/facilitator at Settlement Conferences in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and volunteer at the Family Law Assistance Project in the Circuit Court for Howard County.
