Bo Lee

Issued me a lease with a month to month optional extension that he refused to honor. I paid my rent on time every single month despite having a rodent infestation that was continually ignored. I was a good tenant and took good care of the property but he ignored my calls and emails to discuss the le...ase. I found him dishonest and very back handed.

Unfortunately, the previous and recent complaint found here against Bo Lee is apparently NOT an isolated incident. I only wish that we had seen the previous complaint several months ago. We had a similar experience with Bo Lee. He was hired to manager our rental property a few years ago. Thing...s were fine until last year (similar to the time described by in other, previous complaint) when the rental payment delays started and he failed to provide request documentation regarding expenses. Then they got worse. He assured us that he’d correct the issue and improve communication. Then he failed to forward us a payment that the tenants were able to verify that they made. He refused to return calls, emails and texts; He completely disappeared on us. We terminated his services and are still attempting to recover the money that is owed.

We have hired Bo Lee for our property manager in state of Maryland and for the last 6 months we haven't had any rental deposits from him. He has been collecting RENT from our tenant and keeps postponing our deposit. For the last 2 months now, we have absolutely no response from him. Very unprofessio...nal and had to discontinue the contract.
