Dealt with Mark, but when follow-up questions arose, he did not respond after repeated phone calls and emails. He also did a poor job on a another referral I made to him, by leaving out several important items that should have been included in her estate planning documents. Now that her mother has ...passed away, my friend is struggling with issues because of his poor insights into estate planning.
