Dealt with Mark, but when follow-up questions arose, he did not respond after repeated
phone calls and emails.
He also did a poor job on a another referral I made to him, by leaving out several important items that should have been included in her estate planning documents. Now that her mother has passed away, my friend is struggling with issues because of his poor insights into estate planning.

Mark is an excellent Elder Law Attorney. He guided me through Estate Planning and the Medicaid Waiver process. He revised our wills. He is knowledgeable, ethical empathic and readily available when needed. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
Lisa Dent, Elder law Attorney
Mark is one of those rare people who can make you feel like the only person in a room of 100. I know Mark through a professional organization and have had the pleasure to visit his practice. His sincerity and compassion are perfectly matched with his keen insight and intelligence, making him especially well-suited to his practice area. For planning and in times of loss, Mark can provide emotional support and still focus on the tasks at hand, without distraction.
Peter Gilbert, Estate planning Attorney
I have known Mark as a member of the National Organization of Estate Planning attorneys. Mark is a very professional and sincere Estate Planning attorney who is always seeking to improve what he brings to his clients, so they can have the best results possible.
