Morris Fischer was retained to respond to a December 28, 2016, Proposed Indefinite Suspension of my Security Clearance, which had expired more than 2 years prior to the December 28, 2016, Proposal. Once Mr. Fischer's response was delivered to the Agency, the Agency's representative proposed and submitted a "Settlement Agreement" to Mr. Fisher for my signature. The Settlement Agreement would have prevented me from any future action/s against the Agency for their managers' outrageous treatment of me and would have left the door wide open for additional acts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation against me. Mr. Fischer strongly "advised" me to sign it! I refuse to do this. Signing the Agreement would have eventually made me "sick" to think that I was dumb enough to allow someone to take advantage of me this way. Prior experience with the Agency and their Settlement Agreements alerted me to the fact that I was in serious trouble! Any fool could see that the Settle Agreement was written to completely protect the Agency, place the blame solely on my shoulders, and bury me!
Mr. Fischer advertises a "Free Consultation." This is absolutely "not" true!. There's a $410 consultation fee that must be paid before you even lay eyes on Mr. Fisher.
Hiring Mr. Fischer is not a good thing to do! Maybe it's only his Afro American clients that he tries to "make a fool of." Before I realized Mr. Fischer was deceiving me, I referred him to a friend, and Mr. Fisher also took advantage of him. I will never refer
Mr. Fischer to anyone else!

Morris E. Fischer, Esq. was absolutely wonderful. He was quite knowledgeable in both auditing procedures and most of all, knowledge of the law. He really worked hard on my case, including nights and weekends. After flying out from Utah for the depositions of my supervisors that Morris obliterated, I knew I couldn’t have picked a better attorney. This guy’s a winner. He does what it takes for the client.

Mr. Fischer has represented me for the past 20 months, at the Office of Special Counsel, before the Senate Committee for Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs and the Merit Systems Protection Board. My Whistle blower retaliations case required the review of over 20,000 pages of discovery, conducting 10 depositions, representing me at a seven and a half hour adversarial deposition, preparing me for Senate testimony and expertly preparing for a major hearing in my case. Mr. Fischer along with Co-Counsel and staff spent literally hundreds or hours preparing for a recently completed hearing before an MSPB Administrative Law Judge. The genesis of my case was retaliation against me for reporting governmental waste and abuse. The agency we litigated against assigned two experienced lawyers who aggressively opposed us at every turn. Throughout the entire time, I have been defended aggressively against a number of opposing counsel motions that would have dismissed or seriously harmed my case. Mr. Fischer obtained a number of favorable and key pre-trial rulings and spent approximately 20 hours personally preparing me for my role at the hearing. At the hearing, Mr. Fischer and Co-Counsel presented a methodical and detailed case that laid out the facts very succinctly. His efforts to prepare me resulted in a very successful testimony on my part and enabled me to get through a long and detailed cross-examination with no detriment to my case. I most highly recommend Mr. Fischer to anyone in an employment/Labor law dispute who wants to be aggressively defended with the highest of integrity and dedication.

Mr Fischer gave me some advice that at the time I didn't want to listen to. I ended up following his advice, and a few months later my situation worked out for me. I'm in a much better career path right now, and he helped clean up a matter for me. I owe this man a lot and I would recommend him to anyone.

The Law Firm of Morris E. Fischer handled my retaliation and discrimination case in a professional manner, After I was terminated, the attorneys negotiated with my former employer to secure a settlement that I was very satisfied with. They were prompt with keeping me updated with the status of my case and responded to my calls and emails quickly. Even after I received my settlement check, the attorneys went above and beyond to ensure that my settlement money was paid to me. I would strongly recommend this firm for its quick results and professional attitude.
