This was a case in which a same-sex couple were together for many years and raised children together. One member of the couple was the biological mother of the children, but the couple together decided to have the children and raise them as their own. After the break-up, the biological mother eventually refused to let the nonbiological mother see the children. During the course of litigation we were able to settle the case so our client could visit with her children.
