Stephanie carefully listened and carefully read the details of the shingle manufacturer's and roofer's warrantees and contracts, concerning a roof problem. Although she was very busy when I called she was very responsible in letting me know she received my initial message requesting a consultation ...and when she would be able to discuss my problem, which was within a reasonable time. She explained in detail what documents she needed from me. She explained in layman's' language why I did not have a case against the roofer or the shingle manufacturer After consulting with her I agreed that I did not have a case to pursue.
