I founded a non-profit and was referred to Rolanzo White to provide legal guidance on registering a Federal Trademark and I am so glad I was. We had a quick phone conversation and then everything happened electronically and received the confirmation of filing within 2 days! I was so pleased by his work ethic and understanding of my needs that I immediately asked him to complete a Copyright for my book. Again, everything was done at a reasonable cost, quickly and with minimal effort on my part. I have already referred him to a Facebook Group of non-profit Founders!

Yesterday, we received our official notification from the IRS that we are now a 501 (c)(3) public charity! We owe this accomplishment to WRO Law. We started this process over two years ago with LegalZoom and it was overwhelming and costly. We were fortunate to be members of WALA and WRO Law took our request for legal services. From day one WRO Law explained the process in simple and easily digestible terms. WRO also created our bylaws and filed the packet for us, making themselves available throughout the entire process. When you sit down to look for a lawyer from a list of names, it can feel overwhelming. Prior to working with Atty. White, I contacted 3 other lawyers. None of them felt as personable, knowledgeable and excited for the case as Rolanzo. Yup, you heard me. Excited. Contract negotiation and revisions are not something that gets the blood pumping but throughout my experience with Rolanzo, he was always excited about the case, took the time to explain everything with plain language, and caught some of the catches within our contract as well as points we needed to advocate for. That kind of service is exactly what I was looking for. I recommend Rolanzo without hesitation. He was everything I needed in an attorney at a more than reasonable price. I hope to not need any legal services anytime soon, but if I do, he's my guy!

I had the pleasure of attending law school with Rolanzo. He is kind, diligent and very approachable. We worked on many projects together throughout our time in law school. As an artist, I have to apply for a lot of grants, and sometimes the grant agreements have clauses that I don't understand, and can come off as vague. The specific clause I reached out for was about residency status that could result in a heavy penalty if I moved out of the county the grant was for. I am in the process of purchasing a new property, so I wanted to ensure that this would not interfere with my residency status. I reached out to Rolanzo to help me figure out if I was legally able to retain residency status, and how to prove my residency status moving forward. I am building my business and always need help to understand the often vague terms in legal agreements. Not only did Rolanzo help me with my legal questions regarding the grant, but he did it efficiently, at a reasonable cost, and genuinely cared about what I'm going through. I look forward to working with Rolanzo to help me with my growing art business and property needs!

I wanted to sell my rental property, in a timely manner. I got in touch with Mr. White and told him that I wanted to sell my property, without an agent. We discussed the pros/cons with this strategy, and decided to go the route of "FSBO" (for sale by owner). By the following day I had a questionnaire to fill out so that he could acquire the necessary information to draft my sales agreement. This is the first time I've sold a home, and the process ran extremely smooth. Mr. White was patient and really took the time to answer any questions I had. The house was sold and I am eternally grateful for his hardwork and guidance, thoroughout the sale. If you are seeking a diligent, thorough, patient lawyer, look no further. I would definitely hire him again!
