Excellent Attorney! Amazing Person!

I am typing this review as a prospective client who will certainly be utilizing this attorney's services in the future! After calling Attorney Weber for a phone consultation, I knew without a doubt that I was in great hands with the attorney helping my family with an estate planning and deed situation. Attorney Weber was quite personable and I was greatly impressed with all of pertinent questions that were addressed to me prior to going to the next stage of obtaining Julie's legal help. After we got off the phone, the attorney was extremely proactive in immediately calling me back to acquire additional information so that the attorney could research some documented records before planning our next meeting with additional family members. Once again I was blown away with how this lawyer jumped into the case so quickly and began pursuing preliminary information that would be helpful in assessing our legal situation! If that was not enough to excite my senses with Attorney Weber gathering this initial information, I was doubly impressed with her additional phone call to me 5 minutes after the last call! Who does this?! How many attorneys will you ever come across that are this proactive and who will give you this time of day prior to the client's financial obligation to hand over a retainer to the lawyer?!!! Upon receiving the second call from Julie, the attorney proceeded to provide me with invaluable and pertinent facts which I was not aware of prior to my initial phone call to Attorney Weber! Right at the get-go, she saved me potentially thousands of dollars in attorney fees and countless hours of time and headaches that would have been devoted to handling this particular project had I not received this information that attorney Weber ended up sharing with me - free of charge! Make your estate plan now.

I hired Julie to handle my estate plan and couldn't have been happier to have the peace of mind that comes with having everything in place for when the inevitable happens. From initial consultation to signing my documents Julie made sure I understood every nuance of the process and answered any question that I had, no matter how silly I thought it was. In addition she suggested other important things that I need to consider as I age such as long term care insurance, and how to best handle retirement account distributions in my estate plan; those I'd never consider until she mentioned it. Practically painless process!

We hired Julie to write our Wills, Advanced Medical Directive and Durable Powers of Attorney. Julie made it easy, and working with her via e-mails was even easier. Pleasant and efficient!

This year I decided to get my first estate plan done, as I turned 61 and had been putting it off. After getting no response from a call to a major local law firm, I found Julie on the web, close to my home in Gaithersburg. Julie met with me for a free consultation and described her practice, as well as giving a detailed description of the complete service she recommends. The price of her full-service estate and future needs plan (Will, Medical Directive, and Power of Atty.) was good and included all fees, consultations, etc. We were never rushed although it took me several months to line up all the necessary information. We are now all done, and very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend her thoughtful advice and service for estate planning needs of the average, or above average, person or family.

We were very impressed with Ms. Weber!

We contacted a few lawyers about setting up a trust, but they wanted several hundred dollars upfront, before we had even met them! Julie allows a free initial consultation and she was very professional and very nice as well. She really knew her stuff, and was very pleasant as we asked many, many questions. I definately recommend talking with Julie

My father has passed and left my sister as executor. It has been a year since he has passed and I have not been able to get answers from my sister on the status of the will. Julie walked me through how to get all the info I need from Reg. of Wills, which I did with her on the phone in less than 15 min. She is awesome!

Professional, knowledge, Practical, and Responsive

I did a lot of research to find a very knowledgeable and professional Trust and Estate Lawyer, and I strongly recommend Julie Weber. She worked with me to ensure that I understood the various decisions to be made. Estate planning and Trust can be difficult requiring that you consider events and scenarios that we naturally do not want to consider. Julie did a thorough job in preparing Estate Planning documents for me (Last Will and Testament, Maryland Statutory Form General Power of Attorney, Appointment of Health Care Agent, Living Will, and Funeral Arrangements).
