Mr. Arora is very articulate, very assertive in his defense of his clients. He represented my son, all most a year ago. He was charged with multiple felony drug charges. With his prior experience working as the former Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County, he knows his way around Montgomery County. He knows a lot about the Judges, staff and other lawyers. This can be an extremely beneficial to the client. I had seen other Attorney’s while dealing with my son’s case, and they were complete buffoons to be honest. The other attorney’s would stutter, not know the case and just looked completely like they were incompetent. Mr. Arora was never like that, he knew my son’s case inside and out. He was very, very professional, and to be honest I was very proud that he was our attorney; he has such a presence (this is very important). He knew how to handle himself, he knew the up’s and down’s of his case, he was empathic to the whole situation. I was able as a Mother to call Mr. Arora (with my son’s permission) to get feedback and to even express my concerns as a Mother who’s son might be going to jail or even prison. He also has a very high moral standard that he set’s for himself and his clients. My son was charged with a felony drug charge; the judge gave him 3 years of unsupervised probation and my son has been moving forward in his life since that day. This could have been a case that defined my son for the rest of his life. If you ever need an Attorney for a criminal/drug etc…case he is the one to call.

Mr. Arora did an outstanding job handling a very difficult case. At 47 years old, I had never faced a legal issue in my entire life, and suddenly found myself facing 5 criminal charges, including a felony. Mr. Arora started by ensuring all of my questions were answered, in a timely fashion and in a manner that I could understand, and continued that throughout our process. As the one charged, I was fraught with emotion and Mr. Arora kept me calm and focused on the important issues, while not dismissing or ignoring the impact the situation was having on me. He always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what actions both he and the State were taking, and what it all meant. Through his experience, he knew that there would be ‘ups and downs’ associated with my case as it progressed, had an insight on the emotional effect it would have on me, and always addressed such issues. He leveraged his expert legal skills to drive 5 charges, including a felony, heading to trial, down to 2 misdemeanor charges addressed at a plea hearing, with favorable results. In court, he was smooth and articulate. His deportment and disposition set a positive tone with the judge. I hope I never need the services of a criminal attorney again, but if I do, Mr. Arora will be my first choice.

We just hired Mr. Arora and I am so impressed. I was worried that my son wouldn't be able to be released on a Bond because of the charges against him. It's hard to come up with money "up front" for a lawyer and then to pay bond/bail. He was assertive, knew what to say, how to say it and come over in such a manner it feel it would be hard to argue with him. This is just the start for us, so I remain hopeful and believe in my heart, my son has an amazing lawyer.

Satisfied with having received, what I believe to be, the best outcome due to Kush's knowledge and preparation for my case. Was advised on all the things I needed to do before going to court, making my court date extremely successful and quick. As someone new to getting into trouble, I appreciated his willingness to explain everything step by step.
