Outstanding Personal Injury Representation

Malloy Law was a godsend when we had to deal with personal injury claim. The process can be daunting and long, but Mr. Malloy and his associate Alex made us feeling at ease and proceeded with the claim professionally. All out questions were answered within couple of hours, follows up were constant. M...alloy LLC does an outstanding job when it comes to negotiating a settlement or dealing with government entities. Sean and Alex are NOT those attorneys who make promises, they are those who make things work in YOUR favor. We will definitely recommend Malloy LLC to our friends.

Won my case, HOWEVER...

I assigned a rating of two stars to Malloy Law. While they ultimately secured a favorable outcome for my case, their performance in terms of communication, property damage claim, and PIP claim left much to be desired. It is imperative that, when a law firm reassures you not to be concerned and assure...s they will oversee all aspects, due diligence is exercised on your part to ensure that every detail is managed accurately. Failures in this regard erode the trust of the client.

Do NOT use this law firm

Had a trip and fall case and spoke to Seann Malloy who said I had a case and that his firm would represent me and I was given to an "intake" coordinator to sign necessary retainer paperwork and to send all photos, emails and other material related to the accident. After doing all that and having a se...cond phone call where I was asked to give my social security number, drivers license number and health insurance card, my case was then passed off to the firm's attorney who represents all Virginia cases - Daniel Sziber - who only graduated law school from a law school I've never heard of before a few years ago. After cooperating with all the very personal information they asked me to provide and spending two hours forwarding over accident scene photos and emails, I then receive a TEXT from Daniel Sziber stating he thinks that I don't have a case and that they will not represent me. What the ... ? The owner of the firm stated the night before I had a case and wanted to represent me and had me sign a retainer and then next afternoon a junior lawyer overrides the owner and states I have no case at all. This was, of course, after I had already contacted the opposing party and relayed that I now had legal representation and to forward all future communication to the law firm. So now I look like I have lied to the opposing party. When I contacted Seann Malloy about this asking for his thoughts on his junior lawyer's handling of me and asking for a response, he then ignored me. If consent is needed by more than one attorney to hire a client, THEN DON'T REQUEST THE CLIENT TO SIGN A RETAINER AGREEMENT AND PROVIDE ALL KINDS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION UNTIL BOTH LAWYERS ARE ON THE SAME PAGE. Beyond unprofessional to run a law firm like this, but for Seann Malloy to then ghost me when the night before he was eager to talk to me tells me the character of the firm - starting at the top and emanating down. Go with another law firm whose sole concern isn't "this is too small of a case and we don't make enough money" as this law firm operates. Seann Malloy and Daniel Szieber should be ashamed of how they treated me, but they aren't. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, and the person that pays the price is the client.
