I have used this attorney in the past and had a positive experience. I recently allowed him to represent me based on my previous dealings with him. My most recent has been very unpleasant. He very rarely communicates with me to keep me abreast of the case. Instead, I have to constant ly contact him for updates. I feel he speaks to me in a very disrespectful and condescending tone- as if he is doing me a favor. He usually addresses me with "What?". He doesn't acknowledge nor respond to my emails. once I receive my settlement, I don't EVER plan to have he or his wife represent me. His other employee, Kelly, is highly inefficient and very unprofessional.

David is a great lawyer, takes time for his clients. His office has helped with a few cases and I was 100% satisfied.

David and Sharon were both incredibly responsive to our questions -- met with us on our schedule and at locations convenient to us. I was quite injured in a car accident, and they gave me great advice not only on how to handle the lawsuit, but also how to interact with the insurance companies. They informed us of our choices -- to settle or go to court -- and the risks and benefits of each. They handled the paperwork and legwork, chasing down doctors and witnesses. I felt that they had done a lot of background work that was useful in the settlement discussion.

One of the most important qualities to look for in a lawyer is thoughtfulness ~ caring about the quality of the work, about the process and time and manner in which any matter is handled ~ and then actually doing the work toward achieving a successful outcome for the client. David gives that thoughtful attention to these matters, to the practice of law, and excels in applying resources to accomplish objectives. He is a credit to the legal community and all we serve.
