Cheryl's legal practice focuses on providing strategies and solutions with respect to her clients' creation, protection, tax issues, and Wealth Transfer of their Intellectual Property. 

Cheryl practices wealth transfer planning, estate & trust tax law, and business formation & succession planning.  In addition, Cheryl's professional experience includes the practice of Intellectual Property law, advising individual and business clients regarding their patent, trademark, and copyright issues; and negotiating software license agreements and professional services agreements on behalf of her business clients. 

Because of Cheryl's diverse practices in Intellectual Property Law and Estate Planning, Cheryl has combined the two primary practice areas and focuses on providing Wealth Transfer Planning for Intellectual Property Assets legal services to her clients.  This unique focus provides Cheryl's clients with holistic strategies and solutions with respect to creation, protection and wealth transfer of their Intellectual Property assets.  Cheryl rounds out this unique practice area with legal tax advice with respect to Intellectual Property, business issues, and estate and inheritance tax matters.
