Choosing Mr. Bernstein as my personal attorney is one of the best decision I have ever made as I faced a very contentious divorce case. With kids involved and my ex-increasingly limiting my access to our children, it became obvious that I needed to seek an attorney who had the exact skills in these t...ypes of situations. His strategy was simple; be reasonably aggressive enough without being unreasonable in our demands. His court room command was beyond my expectations.
