Very professional and experienced. He knows the courts and legal system like the back of his hand and I wouldn't trust anyone else when you're in a situation with the law.

Louis Martucci is more for himself than he is for any client. Yes he has connections with judges and prosecutors, but he looks for resolutions to criminal cases that help his career more so than his client. He uses scare tactics into scaring his clients into plea agreements that are beneficial to the prosecution and his career. For example, I over heard him make 5 separate calls to 5 different clients stating "they're going to lock you up and they're asking for 5+ (or 10+ years)!!! " and then immediately hop on the phone with the prosecution and say, "yeah, I got him to agree to the plea". He wouldn't even file the basic motions like: discovery, motion to suppress, or motion to recall bench warrants (that is only if he got permission that the prosecutor would agree to the motion). He practically works for the courts if you ask me and charges EXTREMELY too much to do a half ass job. Once he has you as a client, he rarely answers the phone and avoids your calls and appointments. He's even intentionally missed hearings to have bench warrants issued for his clients as a scare tactic to get them to enter into a plea agreement.
If you currently have him as a client, PLEASE consult another criminal attorney ASAP with as much of your case file as possible. If you're lucky, Martucci still has your documentation/evidence. Just talk with another attorney to go over what steps he has taken for your case.

I had 5 years state time mandatory and was looking at 10 Fed mandatory. I was out in under a year now I have no record. I had a felony with $250,000 bail (that was in 1992 dollars).
